Training is we believe, one
of the most important areas
of our Industry.
Whilst
Fireworks are very spectacular
they are explosives and
the need for safe handling
and usage is paramount.
Shellscape
have a proven impeccable
track record for safety,
which is due to our approach,
knowledge and understanding
of Fireworks and Pyrotechnics.
As
part of our commitment
to improving safety within
the industry we offer training
courses for both members
of the public as well as
the trade.
Our public training
courses are designed for
individuals or clubs that
are using Category 3 Display
Fireworks. At the outset
it is not possible to fully
train anyone or confer
levels of competency by
attending our 1 day training
courses. Our professional
crews train for 2 years
as an example!
The one
day courses that we run
are heavily based on the
practical use and safety
of using fireworks, coupled
with health & safety
requirements, legal aspects
and local authority requirements.
